-All goods sold are non-refundable.
-All goods sold are only exchangeable under the discretion of the management within 5days.We will not be responsible for loss of mail through normal postage when you send the item(s) back. Items are always advised to be sent through registered mail.
-Buyer should accept slight colour difference due to different monitors’ resolution.
Local (Singapore) Postage
-All items will be sent through SingPost.
-Normal local postage is free.
-We are not responsible for the lost of items in the process of normal post. We would advice all customers to opt for registered mail at an additional $2.50.
International Shipping
-Malaysia at $7 Flat.
-Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, South Korea & Taiwan: Shipping by Registered Air Mail at a flat rate of S$14.99/shipment.
-Australia & New Zealand: Shipping by Registered Air Mail at a flat rate of S$19.99/shipment.
-Registered Air Mail will take 9 -11 days to reach destination.
